One contact, in English
You write to one person on WhatsApp, in English, from the first question to the last box. There are no phone calls to Hebrew-speaking movers and no three-way misunderstandings about the stairs. Photos and voice notes are welcome, because a picture of your stairwell and your biggest sofa often tells us more than a long description. The people carrying on the day may speak mainly Hebrew, so we brief them in advance and you stay in the loop.
A closed price, agreed before the move
The price is tied to a written list: what is moving, from which floor to which floor, with or without an elevator, and which extra services you chose. You approve it before anything is booked. If the list changes, the price is confirmed with you again before the work continues, so nobody has to negotiate on the landing.
Packing and unpacking if you want them
Hand over the whole home, only the kitchen and the fragile items, or just the finishing touches. At the new home the boxes can be opened, the contents put away room by room, and the empty cartons taken away. Everything is written into the scope before you say yes, so you know what you are buying and what stays your job.
Furniture taken apart and put back
Wardrobes, beds, desks and shelving units are dismantled before they go down the stairwell and rebuilt in the new home, so they arrive in one piece instead of with a corner missing. If a built-in cupboard or an unusual piece worries you, tell us early and we ask the movers about it before the price is fixed.
Access checked before it becomes a problem
Many Israeli buildings have narrow stairwells and small elevators, or none at all, and the truck often cannot stop at the door. We ask about floors, elevators, distances and your biggest items before pricing, because that is where moves go wrong. Parking arrangements differ between municipalities, so we remind you to check yours.
Written for people new to the system

Prices that start from your details
We do not publish prices without knowing your move, because a number without a list behind it is a guess. Send the details on WhatsApp and you get one closed price, written down, that you can compare with anything else you have and think about for as long as you need.
Dates that fit Israeli life
Summer, month ends, Fridays and the eves of holidays book out first. Tell us your date in the first message, and if a lease or a handover fixes the day, we plan backwards from it and tell you early if the date looks tight.
Crates, storage and office moves, case by case
Reusable crates, storage between two leases and office relocations can be arranged for some dates and routes. Ask in your first message, and we say plainly whether it is possible instead of leaving you waiting for a polite no.
